Whether you’re brushing up or building confidence in specific areas, our goal is to help you grow as a competent, safe, and empowered midwife in community practice.

Community care starts with us. Our membership offers a space for midwives to connect, share experiences, ask questions, and offer encouragement. Through group chats, virtual meetups, and in-person gatherings, we create a network of support so no midwife has to navigate this work alone.

Our mentorship program connects newly licensed midwives with experienced, community-based midwives for real-world support during the transition into practice. From clinical guidance to business basics and emotional resilience, this one-on-one mentorship helps new midwives feel grounded, confident, and never alone in their journey.

We believe strong midwifery starts with strong connections.
